Why David Cameron is right about legislation being needed to regulate the internet.
1) Since the 1970s there have been explicit cartoons coming out of East Asia, more recently they have spoofed many childrens cartoon series such as the Simpsons.
2) More extreme varieties are on credit card websites with also posted videos
3) The old ways in which cadets and charities funded themselves with calendars are now becoming perceived as sexist. Plus the purchase of magazines andtheir regulation are now out dated technologically. Put simply there isn’t the money in it or the business of Peter Stringfellow et. al.
4) A Hillingdon council house or shared ownership could not be supported by modelling for these magazines and starring in the amateur pornos made at the same time, let alone starting a family. One series has more underage at times and the other has extreme content. Whether the models are really 18 is open to question. To paraphrase the NSPCC, these ‘publications’ breach the underwear rule.
5) These products could put their models in danger in Muslim countries as a breach of Shariah Law.
6) Some adult dating sites could contain the content and email it to people of older ages the ‘bit.ly’ server in particular.
7) No classroom and internet can be 100% supervised and hacking the protocols to have a look is a technical challenge that many students, being more savvy in the updates in computer programming than their teachers, could theoretically achieve.
8) Hence software licencing and support should be by borough or district council so that there is ongoing technical update support for schools and liason with social services (provided that they do not produce such magazines).

The structure of Samaritans
Best guess
Founded in 1940-50s by Revd Chad Varah after suicide of teen
girl (pregnant) and because at the time
the evil of back street abortionists had led to surgery that rendered women
barren (unable to have children). In other countries this was even more extreme
and the Revd set up an organisation to deal with it.
Contains church personnel and those of all faith and none to
counsel those who are distressed and suicidal by phone.
Centrally located through Londons Mental health personnel
and Clarence House.
Don’t do tracing services but handle written correspondence service.
Tracing is done by Red Cross.
Has devolved language provision and is based on years and
differing initiatives, Samaritans / samarriadd. Based on joking about the Ware
family from previous generations.
Not much use if you want to find out about whether you’re a
dad as its focused on how you are feeling.
Used by actors for material and also journalists.
As you can tell I phoned up this weekend and it made me feel
jaded.

the alternaTIVE TO POSING WHEN UNDER 18
Student finance in England
After an application through UCAS or direct to some independent universities or external unis that offer taught programmes by residential fortnights (such as some London Business Schools). You have to make a paper or online application for student finance if your parents can’t afford to support you or you are a mature or disabled student.
Student finance is administered by Student Finance England:
Student finance England,
PO Box 210,
Darlington,
DL1 9HJ
0845 607 7577 for students to seek advice and check applications.
There are two components to the loan, the fee loan (up to £9,000 2012/13) and the combined maintenance loan / grant (grant up to £3250, loan £8382 2012/13). Once registered on a course, the University gets the fee component and once attendance is verified, you get your loan and grant.
The loan and grant count as income under DWP benefit rules so that disabled people lose there income support (£100 a fortnight) but keep their incapacity benefit (£220 a fortnight) and housing and council tax benefits. In some local authorities this is assessed on a case by case basis. Hence the continuation of the grant component of the money paid to the student in part lieu of this income support.
For NHS prescription costs (the other £2000 of the approx £5200 annual income lost with the cancellation of income support), English students on sickness benefits (IB / DLA / ESA / Universal Credit) can use form HC1 from the NHS. There is also a prescription prepayment certificate if not on these benefits at a high enough qualifying rate.
Disability Living Allowance is paid for care support but there is also the disabled student’s allowance that includes both equipment and learning support components (note taking, though this is often taken to mean accessing lecture handouts on a student portal or blackboard software).
The loans are combined at the end of the course and repaid at a personal earning income variable rate. This repayment amount increases with the amount a person earns above £21,000 a year (the average wage of a station assistant on the London Underground). The amount paid back is approx 9% of total income according to UCL.
If a student is in the fortunate position to work part time and want to study part time, they can apply for course fee grants and loans. If the Open University and disabled, some fee support / waiver is allowed if on benefits and disabled students allowance, letting you keep your state benefits (though you have to declare this with the Department of Work and Pensions and the OU would like a letter from the DWP confirming your receipt of benefits, for Housing benefit, the local authority can help at their office and council tax benefit reception). If a Four year part time intensity BA / Bsc / LLB degree at 90 credits a year part time you only get from student finance England a fee loan so would have to save for textbooks and stationery prior to the course starting and look at the feasibility of working part time.
This is opposed to 120 credits a year full time over three years or the Edinburgh / Oxford / Cambridge Masters included MA / MSC / LLM degree over four years (or the Six year Medical degrees), the disabled student keeps their benefits intact on a case by case basis or on the income reduced rate if they are working part time (such as £21 a week indefinitely income for things such as paper rounds, and £80-90 a week for a year if on transition to full time employment with disabled tax credits for those working over 16 hours a week). They get the full time student loans and grant. IF at Oxbridge (Oxford / Cambridge) they may get top up bursaries and loans for the even higher tuition fees set by the elite ‘Russell Group’ Universities. You need to check how these are repaid.
For standard tuition fee and maintenance loans if you fail to earn over £21k (nurses or social workers or bar staff / waiters) or are unemployed, you don’t pay anything back during that period. After 30 years the debt is written off.
POSTGRAD STUDY
This is funded separately by either university scholarships for the fees or fee grants from bodies such as the British Council, the Arts and Humanities funding council, Royal Society (Sciences). You have to amass your own funding and may be offered assistance by the university you apply to. You could be a warden for undergraduate students to get free accommodation if you are not privately renting on housing benefit if on a low income. Part time work is allowed if you are a part time student such as at Birkbeck or the Open University and that for mature students has included company or charity directorships on a pro rata part time salary. With The Open University it also includes full time work and distance learning.

a) Critically discuss the range of factors that affect communication with children. (1000 words)
Chapter 1 Communicating with children
Gill Crow, Pam Foley and Stephen Leverett
The introduction summary begins by defining communication as the fundamental nature of positive relationships, good practice and effective services for children with the following:
Knowing how to interact with children in ways that support the development of their abilities to think, learn and form good relationships with the people around them is a core skill for everyone working with children .
Before adding that the authors offer guidance for improving communication skills and explain just how this can contribute to children’s social and emotional development.
On page 22 the range of factors that affect communication with childen are defined as three. The first expressive skills for stating a point of view non defensively including emotional skills to express feelings.
The second is defined as listening skills for understanding another persons point of view, including the ability to wait before expressing the opinion of yourself in order to understand those of others. Examples of this include the vicars tea party where the interrogation is mild and set at ‘up to anything interesting.’ To which the response should be accurate, I tended to focus on my studies and history rather than what is theologically required such as “…well do I need confession for buying a porn mag with the girls from the youth club in, challenging one of the mothers about it and mailing it to the vicars wife to gte them on the housing register. Then when in relapse I bought them again and gave them to social services to protect them from the photographer when hes the commissioned lay minister. For which I’d rather be either Jewish or a reformed roman catholic as this position is anti many in the local Church of England as ‘art appreciators’ that includes Page 3 upwards on the relevant scale of imagery.”
Finally Crow et al define process skills that negotiate and manage the way people interact, identifying what information is needed and is appropriate. This requires an ability to manage and terminate the conversation. The problem with said position and line of argument is that it requires a belief that the mentally ill, disabled and aged can communicate with children as much as practicioners. This in a church setting requires a childrens advocate and interdisciplinary childrens ctte across all the youth work areas of the given parish area. That way the Scouts, Brigades and Guides can liase into provision and other churches that cooperate have statutory function into canon so that all can deal with their diverging perspectives on the issues involved in accordance with the law of the UK state parliament.
b) How can practitioners become better at communicating with the children they work with? (1000 words)
------------------------word count begins below this line-----------------------------------
Childrens practicioners are best at communicating with children in the context of positive families and relationships. The main part of the text that deals with this is chapter 3 by Rixon. In that he notes that the “…ability to form positive working relationships is fundamental to all those involved in practice with children and their families.”
On the DVD about Saltley Cluster there are examples of good practice from a range of practicioners, such as being reflective about what the children did during playtime and children build up their own profiles and develop into education plans that develop into learning plans at Further education colleges and universities. Valerie explains that that’s “…because we work with what they’re interested in and because we do that, we promote language, we promote all kinds of learning and… they’re moving at their own pace ”
Her examples is that a child “used the filiming as a medium for speaking, she uses the karaoke machines and the puppets that we have as a medium of communicating with us. ” Hence Valerie says “Being able to communicate is a real asset when working with children…” with body language being “so important” as well as the way that you behave to other children in front of them.
These diverse core skills are so important to show that theres a person whos both caring and empathetic and can feed into her colleagues’ Anita Chauhan is one of them in the family support team which manages housing advice, child protection etc under the Every Child Matters initiative brought in by government to include health provision. This is expanded with a discussion about stopping smoking and as once child Mustaf puts it “They learnt us about how to fund raise like activities so we don’t get bored…. They give you like, like after, they give you, after when we got out to our classes…” examples include quizzes and certificates. An example of this is given by Joanna and Simone in their class presentation.
Joanna and Simonnes example of best parcticve involves a dialogue with the children as to good diet, no smoking and alcohol and the basics of the criminal justice process.
Miss Howells approach is to invite all of the parents into school “…to work with the children, so they feel comfortable coming into school and so we can have lots of fun working together” Called the Year 3 connect club, the children come in and set challenges that are given to them. Some had their brothers and sisters there. One mum observed that they had learnt a lot from the experience. This is the every child matters initiative.

An unnecessary risk that doesn't need idolising
Deployment of the princes
So should the Duke of Cambridge go to Afghanistan?
I’m gonna risk The wrath of Clarence house and say NO.
The Duke has saved life in North Wales and is about to become a dad. Under any normal circumstance (even in war) he’s soon due compassionate paternity leave.
Should a potential peacemaker and trade envoy / diplomat such as him in a reassigned job after the birth of his child(ren?) attract criticism from moderate middle eastern opinion at a time when negotiation is needed
He has to be treated as a normal dad in these circumstances.
The counter argument is that Prince Harry should assist the Duke in this or follow the training of the Duke of York in this role himself as it’s a job above the civil list, said civil list may be curtailed in the future.
And while I’m blogging the Israeli election I’m gonna dare to say vote Kadima for a moderate Likud- Kadima- Labour coalition to deliver a peace agreement. The settler parties have to be listened to in the context of either dual nationality or if their territory is within the negotiated west bank Palestinian state, resettlement within Israel proper or Palestinian citizenship under a moderate constitution and democratic assembly, possibly devolved from the Palestinian state proper’s joint Gaza – West Bank legislature.

The civilian military interface in the united kingdom
James A Ware
The united kingdom has reserve forces who work part time for the military and police and are paid and trained pro rata or up to their own regular job. These regiments are based within regular regiments except for few exceptions.
The cadets forces are based on residency or near locality such as Ruislip, Northolt, Uxbridge. However centres to help the homeless and social work are there for civilians and those ‘retired from cadet forces and not used by their intekl gathering (the borough licencing ctte).
The problem is that in this borough the Score group and Up series of pornographic magazines use under 18 models which creates a group of underqualified or aided individuals unless given a place on the housing register and remiedial adult ed into sustainable employment at the airport. The score group was derived from babyface which was aiding teen mothers but now divides into two forms of titles, the older decades (similar to the 40, 50 up titles of the up series in south Ruislip) and the deflating breast implants problem of score title proper (for those who emigrate but don’t have health care of a sufficient standard).
Other titles and series such as Escort / Razzle are produced in other boroughs using similar methods and structures (the one that Alistair Campbell wrote for).
Yet these titles can if the models aren’t counselled or supported with non medication counselling lead to advertised sex houses in the local papers. These are in turn a break down in local communications and opportunities as teenagers at school or of school age try and make the money for university. This is illegal but regulated by social services or if massage saunas, special treatments by the licencing ctte.
From a male perspective the idea of Page 3 as a gateway drug from early age that this is permissible and women are ‘lacivious and available’ (UK secretary of education) that are false. That said these images are ingrained in the art of western society from the time of Ancient Greece and Rome, even in the Holy Land of places such as Smirna right through to the Renaissance and the art of both the Vatican and sculpture in the South Transept of St Pauls Cathedral. This potential inspiration for the ‘fallen madonna with the big boobies’ of Allo Allo sitcom fame on the BBC shows that those who object are often sidelined because they use the fusion of church and state to produce it as part of bounty payments or ‘resourcefulness exercises’. So the question to pose is can there ever be enough art if its production methods are now illegal, and are these methods set apart at Royal Institutes and Universities with the Royal Charter.
The problem that this poses is could it fuel demand for more holiday snaps of other royals that the Murdoch press did after the marriage of Charles and Diana, or has press regulation now curtailed the Royal Gallery mentaility of the paparazzi.

north wales care homes
The North wales care homes were a pre welfare state response to industrial poverty in Manchester and liverpool using funds from teh non conformist churches. as such these homes are now under local social services and charitable shop care and funding. This could ensure that current residents are aided and helped by Rowan Cantuar solving what he couldn't do as what was then the sub 'province' of wales as its (the Anglican church of England and Wales) status hadn't entirely been resolved. However for every case of abuse there is a loving couple in the rural areas who want to settle down together at sixth form age and need help in trinaing and support.
This is therefore a a sub judice matter of the highest import through the Childrens Commissioners of the Uniteed Kingdom and The Irish Republic through the Council of the Isles.
If you know of wnyone affected who needs counselling the Met Police have an abuse line for current cases, the number is 0207 610 4345

‘A Christmas gift to the Community’ Arla plan would include
supermarket, cinema, restaurants and homes
REN Gazette October 31st 2012
By Zoe Drewett
Zoe.drewitt@trinitysouth.co.uk
One person for development on Express dairies site, one
person against, one person then counters that best to get involved with process
of planning as then something can be agreed as ‘if we don’t want more traffic, it
will continue to stay derelict’
Sainsburys still want to rebuild their store so South
Ruislip gets section 106 and perhaps a new community centre centrally located
on the Arla site with construction and housing jobs and possibly a state cofe
primary school as well if pupil numbers go up in neighbouiring boroughs.
Zoe,
Here are the balanced thoughts as someone who has been on
the PCC and Deanery Synod representative for the CofE Parish
James.
The alternatives to a scout hut on the park behind St Marys
South Ruislip
When I’m not feeling so self important as a wannabe
politician on an anti porn mission and look at the nature of the historic
demographics and logistics of South Ruislip , I
examine the alternatives to a scout hut for St Marys South Ruislip and thus
literal parity with St Laurence Eastcote and St Andrews Roxbourne.
With this in Mind:
If the following is true
1)
The Garden of remembrance where the ashes of
dead parishioners are interred or scattered is full and the triangle of land
behind st marys is needed for that or bigger events in the vicarage garden.
2)
St Marys can afford through grants from the
diocese, sponsorship from the retail park central funds (such as Homebase,
Sainsburys etc), an atrium similar to St Joseph the workers Northolt (under the
tenure of the now Peter Willesden, the general secretary of Wealdstone) between
the chapel of the Holy Family, the nave of the church proper and church hall an
atrium and extension backwards of the Hall to cover the usage by scouts
instead, without losing its entire reserves form the sale of the second clergy
property in the 1970s (when the retired Bishop of Kensington was trainee clergy
living there).
3)
To counterbalance and complement football on
Queensmead school site and playground court games such as Basketball on Ruislip
High and gym based games at Vyners and Haydon, Bishop ramsey and Hockey at BR
and Douai, a rugby goal is achieved through Chrysalis funding for the park
behind the church so that children can be coached there on a Saturday similar
to Bessingby Park football teams. The goal can be of football width so can
double up if need be.
4)
The South Ruislip community centre want in conjunction
with the Scouts and the Methodist Church Boys brigade a hut on the former
derelict nursery site as a second venue or replacement one should ST Marys seek
to have a church of England primary or secondary school for the housing in
Roxeth and Roxbourne should the housing numbers of the children go up as baby boomers
go into retirement homes or the flats by the Piccadilly Line in the parish of
St Pauls Roxeth (formerly St Hildas and ST Marys Harrow Hill)
5)
The South Ruislip Evangelical Church have more
scouts / Guides / Brigades and cadet youth provision since the closure of the 1st
South Ruislip Scout Hut for housing as it was down a narrow road, a hut is
built in the field (with possible campsite to replace ones sold off recently)
at the end of Great Central Avenue (as its near sports grounds and a farm in
use so they could learn skills badges) or one by Bourne Primary on the field
between it and Mahlon Avenue, with funding by the state for the latter entirely
and the former with reference to Scout Central funds as it involves the
creation of a campsite.

The St john are
getting the Phoenix day centre to train first
aid courses similar to North Harrow, Richmond , Edmonton , Leytonstone and York Road .
Then I’d recommend a public consultation, land transfer of
the land behind st marys in the Jubillee year and agreement by the PCC in
conjunction with the local council as to its preferred option between second
scout hut or atrium and hall extension and the wider implications for a ward
based referendum and consultation to ammend the unitary development plan, with
reference to the future of RAF Northolt and whether that is needed for housing
like the South Ruislip Community centre site as such planning matters are the
purview of the GLA and Mayor of London, if the Express Dairies site delivers a
like for like replacement as part of its planning for sustainable development
that can be used by WEA and other adult ed provision (such as University of the
third age and Open University tutorials) not covered by Hillingdon Adult ed
which is focused on skills and employability as part of value to the taxpayer.
The atrium option could deliver a DofE award venue as well
should someone wish to run it or the youth service doesn’t want to run one in
South Ruislip Youth Centre
They would need to be allowed by a church that looks to the
Church lads and girls brigade (based on harrow hill and distinct from the more
non comformist Boys and girls brigades in the Methodist Churches) should that
be desired and not counterproductive given that teen angels and the UP series
of magazines has been produced in the vicinity of Queensmead, just like the
Score Group in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
I hope that the last paragraph point is taken up by someone
as such publications distort the perspectives of men and the contemporaries of
those who pose away from relationships.

sir jimmy saville
Last night in the UK Sir Jimmy Saville was debated on the radio show the moral maze.
1) He did raise a lot for charity, including barnados however the English law on consent is clear at 16 soince teh nineteenth century when it was raised from 13 owing to illnesses and workhouse poverty in the industrial towns and polluted wells in the capital affecting growth
2) His dream making for a lot of now adults may now be shatterred
3) He abused his position of chaplain volunteer
4) The hospital was designed for children who had rare conditions (such as premature overgrowth and development) based on lessons learned from the 1948 paralympiad
5) The scots law of consent at 14 and marriage at 16 does not negate from this
6) All of which means that if he did what he is alleged to have done (namely abused a English Statutory minor while in a vulnerable position under treatment) He should have been investigated and tried.
7) However the BBC is a corporate institution with a reputation to protect like any other and its internal investigations unit may have been silenced. Staff on final salary pensions who have seen that happen may have felt fearful of their families futures and not reported it to the police.
That is the best explanation that can be offerred without recourse to chaplaincy
also regarding the papal knighthood and allegations of necrophilia, the honour may have been made becasue he was very good at extreme CPR and could revive patients in teh operating theatre (the job of chaplaincy volunteers and nurses in surgery if so trained). Its a way for volunteers to help with others and receive medical care as part of their service to teh community.

RE: allegations against sir jimmy saville I think he probably had a porn addiction that was fed rather than treated and celebrity went to his head. The BBC is just the successoir of many public entertainment varieties back to teh days of shakespeare.
If younger than 13 in the UK he'd be on a life sentance, 13-16 sectioned or convicted if proved, and 16-18 under social services investigation.
Wh...y anyone that age would want to be attracted to someone that older is a matter for the social services to ask them. My own hunch is those that pose might want acceptance. However magazines and videos that are open distribution across the wwweb leave them open to vulnerability in later life themselves, videos the classroom joke of teh 1990s and magazines a amateur photo industry.
SCots law allows marriage at 14, spanish at similar age. so the issue of peado rape is not one that can historically be resolved Euro law wide. Love and sex are what drive humanity on from one generation to the next and if anyone can think of better ways of teaching it, email Mgove@parliament.uk and your own faith community (equally divided on these matters).

Ways of getting the scout hut earlier.
Ask the council (L Borough of Hillingdon) if they would donate the temporary library facility portacabin in Victoria Road to be put on a new concrete base behind the church (the base and utilities to be paid for out of reserves with relevant underground utilities / pipes laid prior to the atrium being built). In the meantime could said hut be used by the Scouts until it can be relocated after the library is open, with library users parking places in the public car park open opposite Days Hotel.
If there is a planning matter going before full council / planning ctte, then consultation for that hut to go on the park by Bourne Avenue is one other option, with another being a Polish Community centre on the Glebe Farm Site with this portacabin as the interim structure. Then planning can be discussed at both levels and a ward referendum be used as a way of deciding democratically between the options.
I’m asking a question at full council in the new year. Report for the development of St Marys Church, South Ruislip
Recent developments
Hall kitchen, car park and toilets refurbishment: Paid from Church reserves
Gardens outside being refurbished
Nearby
Scout Hut restored in Mount Pleasant, leaving S and SE of parish not covered as the former site didn’t have adequate parking.
Next options
Scout hut behind St Marys church similar to ST Laurence Eastcote and St Andrew Roxbourne
Church primary in the parish
Caretakers flat over the church vestries
Atrium between church, chapel and Hall similar to St Joseph the Workers Northolt
Ways and means
Parish reserves
Separate fundraising for capital repair / investment
Corporate sponsorship
Grant making bodies, / trusts
Government Section 106 for further rail reopening (Old Oak Common – West Ruislip) whether ordinary or the less likely High Speed.
State academies becoming church primaries
The case for a St Marys Scout Hut in South Ruislip in the Fairway Park behind St Mary’s Vicarage in the unusable corner of the park
1) Its my maternal Grandads tenth anniversary in 2012 when he passed away in 2002. It would allow the boys in the parish who don’t enlist in any of the cadets to learn how to get qualified in the professions (Sids case external student as a surveyor while working for the then London County Council after being an Air Raid Official in the East End in the Second world war). As the Church is in the airport flightpath of the diplomatic airport it seems apt that civil defence and fire prevention classes occur there to give those flying the foreign, Papal and Order of St John (international and other jurisdictions) jets a reminder that if they try anything like fuel dumping on Roxeth or carshing into the church where I was baptised the state is ready (how annoying is the 10.42am and 11.18am jets of a Sunday during church if its still going?)
2) My other Grandfather served as a First World War soldier and after getting gassed by the Germans, studied part time while living in Northfields to become a hospital orderly (and ? chaplaincy volunteer) in the mental health hospital in Hanwell (St Bernards), it would thus be a good place for training those in first aid should they so want to work in the hospitals or airbase nearby as support staff on the basis of equality of gender (no the RAF isn’t as overpaid and oversexed as the stereotypical USAF of WW2, though the latter has inspired the Score Group and its predecessor babyface was run through the URC in the Chilterns and neighbouring London Boroughs (such as Hillingdon), didn’t know when I was a teenager as I was considered too much a tory tosser and therefore not worthy of dating ie shagging socialists as sports team jocks were the ones who got to appear in them and date the girls in the secondary schools I attended, usually the overseas teams, I became really introverted and phoned the advice lines in the local papers and thought then that they were used to fund organised crime and people trafficking so by being a horny teenager I may have damaged my fathers security clearance). Now I think that said lines were staffed by those who wanted to pay for parties and anniversaries, who runs those kind of companies back then In West London and the Thames Valley? Still wanna date Princess Beatrice of York but really happy shes settling down after getting her Msc. Her chest is far better than Pippas having seen the Westminster Abbey photos in the paper, and Pippas now dating an earl so doesn’t need the £3million from some yankee oik to star in a porno, anyway I seriously digress as at the time such things weren’t so regulated and better than what the Maxwells set up in the 1960s and 1970s.
3) Now phone lines are run through psychiatric services using ex signal cadets when they’ve grown up and the photos in the mags are produced in varying ways per publication series. Score group is illegal in one title in particular, the Trojan equivilant is a ‘mead’ speciality (local parlence). Any ‘modelling’ is regulated through the mental health trusts (ie the premises concerned) and licencing committees.
4) It is therefore a good way of remembering both my grandfathers in the Diamond Jubillee of the head of the church, Sids tenth anniversary and after the Legions 90th year to seek the council to transfer the land at that corner of the park that has no practical use other than as somewhere away from the footpath can take their dog before the red waste bins were there.
5) It would defend the church stained glass from further airgun attacks as occurred to the windows in the 1980s by fencing that land off.
6) Plus as someone given immune system repressant mental health medication I would like the provision there for the 60th Anniversary of the church in 2019 in case my organs fail as as a mental health patient I don’t qualify for transplants unless I am engaged in voluntary work such as the Territorial Army or Chaplaincy (from which my Christmas bonus would also go). Perhaps teleportation could help, lol
7) If there is sufficient demand from neighbouring parishes then the church could use some of the park or the Brackenbridge Drive field Or Queens Walk training centre as a CofE primary after or before that if new ones are allowed without existing ones trying to stop them to prevent their own absorbtion by the state if the Local authority (The London Borough of Hillingdon) can approve it with reference to amending its green spaces plans (and hence needs Greater London Authority approval).
8) That way the present generation of the church my age and younger can settle, start families and the Church of England can share the building with the ordinariate should they wish to use it for those of older generations who live nearby and have worshipped there for decades if St Gregory the Great (RC) church is full with their services on a Sunday and can only manage mid week services for the ordinariate.
9) I will write to my dad to ask him to sell the family home in the neighbouring parish of St Laurence Eastcote (which already has both scouts and guides venues within its church grounds and most of the others have so also, Cof E or others) and my share to go towards it. If my brother wants to settle down with his girlfriend nearby then they are potential scout leaders. This would be done after the step grandkids have completed FE and are in employment as part time HE or external students like their parents. That is unless the rental income from it couldn’t help fund it or any atrium between the Chapel of the Holy Family (referred to as the Lady chapel in the 1980s and 1990s, Church Hall and Main church and extension of the existing Hall based on St Joseph the workers, Northolt one which was built in the 1990s with dividend payments from Fairtrade products. Said Atrium could be an interim measure as it would raise the capacity of the existing structure combined with a church hall extension.
10) Other funding is section 106 from the construction of High Speed Two after a freight linked Waste depot is built on the Chiltern Line in Harefield to mitigate the temporary loss of capacity of the waste transfer station in Civic Way, South Ruislip should HS2 on its present route or further upgrades on the Paddington- Birmingham- Milton Keynes Line be approved instead or if the HS2 is diverted via Heathrow and a terminal in Iver / West Drayton.
James Andrew Ware
The Case for a St Marys South Ruislip Scout Hut on the land behind the church and a Rugby Goal by 2015.
James Ware BELA, DipHE, Cert (Open)
This church is one where historically it has not been gender equal and historically favoured women in its activities, unlike in neighbouring parishes of Eastcote St Lawrence, St Pauls Ruislip Manor, St Martin of Tours Ruislip, ST Giles Ickenham, St Marys Northolt, St Johns Hillingdon, All Saints Hillingdon, St Josephs Northolt and St Andrews Roxeth.
Other social activities In Hillingdon and Harrow have had an impact as had the Major employers in the parish and surrounds (United States military on Homebase site, RAF Northolt as training and then diplomat airport and Biritish Airways, with many being tourists to Windsor and Harrow as much as Central London).
As such economically there has always been those who struggled to pay there mortgage and commuting travelcard and others with protected housing prior to it being rebuilt as housing association properties (the road next to Ruislip Gardens station and opposite RAF Northolt). In particular how the –up magazine titles are derived from communications by the 301 regiment during the second world war and after that and now are regulated by the borough licencing committee as publications under press complaint commission guidelines, and in the 1990s produced ion a neighbouring parish the babyface publications for shorter women and in one title now apparently under 18s (now the Score Group). The kind of images in such publications are regulated by the state through home office guidelines (with much of it being produced by military cadets) and are thus a matter for Serious Organsied Crime unit and the Mets Vice squad if you are just a civilian. In the church setting the parish or diocesan childrens advocate is the best person to contact who should ideally be separate from organising the youthclubs or being a commissioned lay minister under fortesque ideas of separation of powers.
In defence of the models some of those who posed were at the time underaged teen mothers in need of economic support and medical referral (if not having been referred to said photographers by their doctor anyhow or through the health care / contraception clinics). In my view there is no defence save custody for those who take that kind of imagery (particulary infra red in the power supply) save life imprisonment and no involvement in any kind of youth leadership capacity as the courts now direct at sentencing. This is because at Sea such infrared technology is vital for saving life and should therefore be used with respect. The Score group runs a directory enquiry service as well whose ads have also been referred to as cross advertising said publications.
In either case of publication those who pose may need husbands and partners and if teenagers the support of the church into housing near their grandparents. As such to prevent those of harder heqarts than mine saying ‘just go on the airbase visitors tour and join the cadets’ as many living under the flightpaths of diesel jets can’t pass the physicals required to fly said jets or man the airbase themselves, so need the help of the state. Living in this parish potentially leaves them too far out of Greater London to afford a season ticket to get to jobs there, just having a glass ceiling in terms of the income that they can earn, unless said single mothers or couples do external or part time HE courses to become as qualified as the university classes of Ruislip-Northwood- Pinner.
As such there is rising demand for school places requiring a CofE primary in the parish for children from Northolt, South Harrow (Roxeth / Roxbourne) and the new housing on the old express dairies site where rent rates are slightly less and thus more of it is covered by Housing Benefit (and Council Tax benefit). If said demand is Roman Catholic then they want top site swap into two sites (Brackenbridge Drive and Queens Walk training centre and the Cof E get the East Mead site of St Swithun Wells.
Other Scout provision (12th Ruislip, South Ruislip Evangelical Church in replacement for the 1st South Ruislip that closed in the 1990s), Boys Brigade (In The Queens Walk Methodist Church)
The church was founded on its present site in 1959, prior to that it was located in a hut opposite the Tally Ho pub near what is now the Polish War memorial roundabout.
The present church hall was built replacing the wooden second church by 1979-81.
The church is gas fire heated, replacing earlier oil delivered and burnt fired radiators.
The chapel has recently been refurbished and the toilets in the hall rebuilt. The car park has had new gravel and the front road of the church resurfaced using reserve funds from the sale of the second clergy property in 1980 when the diocese could no longer afford the salaries of two parish clergy. The Council has installed a gate into the park behind for groups in the church to use and for summer events such as parish summer fayres or open air plays. The park between the church and the playground can fit half a Rugby pitch or just a goal and markings for either football (already catered for) or Rugby (for Rugby 2015 world cup).
The land directly behind the church and vicarage has limited practical use other than for another hall / scout hut of similar format to the scout hut in Mount Pleasant.
Proposal
To apply for land transfer under the planning and local government act, with the need for Green Belt and Unitary Development Plan derivation of the land required for the Scout Hut. Costs for schematics to come out of ward councillors annual £15,000 budget for community projects or expertise of Hillingdon Association of Voluntary Services and Diocesan construction advisor / city of London / GLA clerk of the works.
Said plans would then be ratfied by the Councils Leader and Cabinet. They would be passed to full council for further approval after the Councils Chrysalis fund approves some funding when enough fundraising has occurred to make it achievable (following the 12th Ruislips example). Fundraising to include writing to neighbouring dioceses and other Anglican Churches and those on their membership lists from the Supreme Governor down. Gift aid only applies to those paying Inland Revenue taxes on income or savings until national insurance is merged into a universal tax and benefit system.
The plans would be open to tender according to local government and diocesan procedures with the results published by the church on its noticeboard and online.

PS I do not retract or recant one iota what I think about the Score Group or pornography in general as I think it has a negative impact on young mens abilities to form relationships with women their own age, the key to building up a church for the next three generations and the ideal in the bible and the back page of the book of common prayer. However as life is not ideal and Christ teaches in the Gospel and the Apostles that others live in other ways, combined with the fact that the Scouts are ‘non political and non sectarian’, I have to prepare a way for Duke of Edinburgh award groups to be sustainably taught and funded without recourse to the Score Groups and its shareholders so that they can live in / near the parish where they are taught and in a Big Society take care of their parents and in laws.

If I am needed to form the scout group ctte under their protocols and set up the fundraising initiatives or the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award committee, I can be contacted at the following email address:

With all the recent furore over circumcision in the media I thought I'd put up some accurate information about Judaism below.
Knapp and Magloffs guide to Jewish faith and practice
Faith can be described as believing in certain things with mind heart and soul; and then living by them in the course of everyday life. Faith is always personal. Each person must believe for themselves. Here are some m...ain parts of the Jewish faith.
Jewish beliefs
There is only one God and creator, who cannot be seen and described
Prayers should be said to God and only to God
God knows the thoughts and deeds of all people
God made a unique covenant or agreement with the Jewish people
One of the Greatest leaders of the ancient Jewish people was Moses. God gave laws to Moses on Mount Sinai. These laws include the Ten commandments
The Jewish Bible includes the writings of Moses, called the Torah. It also includes writings by prophets and kings, as well as proverbs and Psalms. Jewish scriptures also include writings made by scholars over a long period of time.
A man named Abraham was one of the founders of the Jewish faith. He had a special covenant with God.
God promised Abraham and his descendants that they would live in the promised land. This land is ancient Israel.
Jewish scripture teaches us that we must all work to make the world a perfect place.
Judaism is not just a set of beliefs and practices, it is a way of living life. Judaism is filled with practices and traditions that affect every aspect of life
Many of the laws in the Jewish Bible teach us how to help make the world a perfect place. They include ideas like having compassion for all living things, and striving towards peace.
The above are common to (for want of a better term) the Jewsih Sects / demoninations and form the introduction to the book.
These are Haredi
United
Reform
Liberal
Progressive
And in London there are also other secular, humanist and the Jews for Jesus groups.
The main religious festivals are based on a 13 month, 52 week calendar with festivals that vary in date based on the lunar calendar (such as Pesach / Passover like the Christian festival of Easter).
The recently contentious practice of male circumcision can vary with each sect as to ‘how much skin gets lopped off’. However it is not barbaric compared with extreme Islamist (whahibi) practice of female circumcision where the Clitoris gets fully removed and the female pee tube gets rerouted into the birth canal. Men who are circumcised can still have sex when they grow up or after conversion as adults.
Also like the Scots within their own faith they have a lower minimum marriage age which is recognised in law in the UK. Some other faiths seek this parity as well. However this should never negate from getting GCSEs and O levels as the basis for subsequent external study while bringing up a family or vocational training.

Whenever there are campaigns against people trafficking (very laudable and necessary during the Olympics and at all times), please also bear in mind the fact that those whose images and modelling in this country 'advertise' said 'lifestyle' for them mainly are:
1) Uk citizesn or naturalised
2) Have national insurance numbers and pay income tax
3) Have a trade body, something called teh collective
4) Live ordinary lives under teh law and declare their earnings
5) If students, pay NI at the part time or self employed rate to ensure that they have state support.
All of which means that:
1) The people being trafficked don't have this or other rights unless assisted by teh voluntary sector
2) Their housing is badly paid for or dependant on housing benefit or charitable claims
3) In this recession the average donation against people trafficking is going to be low for charities and any concerns should be emailed to the Child online and exploitation ctte, the internet watch foundation and the press complaints commission re adverts as well as the national crime squad and Met police vice squad.

The Harrow West explanation
When Parliament raised the statutory age of consent across teh Empire as was to 16 and 18 from 13, some faiths, churches and their humanist and secular offshoots were given exceptions to allow them to claim asylum or seek sanctuary from the more barbaric punishments of shariah law and the way that Islam was then practiced. As such written statements and confessions to UK statutory authorities since then have been dealt with on an interfaith and statutory guidelines so as to aid the teenage women who 'model' the chance to rebuild their lives under care and counselling. The businesses have in the past been protected in law until a guilty verdict in court is achieved. Males their own age aren't usually told about this historically as it can be viewed of as a grievance against the state for letting it happen. Men of an older age who've been there and give written evidence haven't in the past been called to give evidence. As such the answer is for a EU wide age of statutory consent set by teh European Parliament and with it represented to the UN to stop modern day barbarities such as people trafficking and exploitation of statutory minors within the EU but between differring legal jurisdictions. This has to be regulated and implemented by the international police authority. I have given written statements about on I went to in 2005 where 16-18 year olds worked and it is why I resigned teh chair in conscience of the charity I chaired and tried to complete my degree and start supporting myself arther than only being on DLA and being a burden on my family. I had done my best to get it established according to law and as I failed to meet teh requirements of being a director of that charity I resigned according to the law of the established church. At that time I had no knowledge of teh Score group and how it operates. The two reasons I dispise the notion of gay clergy and bishops are 1) Having been buggered unconsensionally while at uni in November 1999 and then being refferred for psychiatry I considered myself damned. 2) Gay clergy are the antithesis of the bible upon which the church is founded. I know christ said live and let live and love thy neighbour but if the church wants to raise the next generation how can it allow things that go on against its teachings? Its why many operate the don't ask, don't tell policy which can lead to problems and attacks and domestic violence and worse which is the greater evil. I've chatted up a few female clergy since 2007 so I'm probably one to talk on this. Hence eventhough I thought Claire Rayner was not a very nice person possibly cause of all the medication she was on and i wanted to be clear of her clinic and the meds that they were giving me as I wanted to support a family of my own. She had a point that counselling and support services are needed. However it should be done according to the law of the UK and UN to prevent exploitataion of refugees from floodings, freezing winters and tsunamis.

Its Mothers Day
The reason I keep blogging on this is simple. As a 30 year old my friends and relations are settling down and having children. We lived in a time when many were able economically to avoid these evils and some were explained to as to how it operated (i was not one). If I can use my life experience to stop worse happenning through this economic recovery then maybe its penance for failing to stop its production when I was a teenager myself and in positions of trust while at university because I didn't know enough and thought it was all 'local phenomena / occurances'. Thats my idea of the Big Society. Its also cause the Islamists have said some really offensive things about western women and if I'm not allowed to serve in HM forces and go over and explain to them why they're wrong and how society operates, then I'm posting this as an invitation to debate with them as frankly some of their practices are worse. I have to stop the next Al Queada. So put that git Bin Laden on trial and get Gadaffi to resign. I think I had better remain single and be no ones Prince Albert having seen that chapel at Windsor Castle.
